Born in Des Moines, Iowa, and raised in Los Angeles and Seoul, Korea, I have recently returned to Michigan after working in Taiwan for the past decade designing/licensing Online Games. I am a part-time student in the Kinesiology Dept. at MSU; I enjoy being outdoors; playing/coaching team sports; fostering pets; and tinkering around with cars! Moreover, I enjoy helping and serving the people around me. I'm always trying to be better and help others in need.

Alex was awesome!! Very communicative throughout the entire process and made the whole transaction smooth and quick. He’s extremely knowledgeable on Lexus and BMW models and took the time to go over all the features each vehicle we were interested in offered. If your looking for a new car ask for ALEX as you will not be disappointed!!

Hi, I had a good experience with Alex. He was so willing to help find the right car for me and had them waiting to test drive. He was always positive and polite. Sometimes he was really busy and hard to reach at the end when purchasing the car. Maybe a check list would be good at the end. They forgot to switch my license plate from my truck and we almost drove away except my husband noticed. Also, during the finance portion the finance person had the wrong deal sheet and we had to correct that. Maybe, a way to indicate the final deal? That would eliminate some confusion. It seems the closing process needs some system checks. Overall, Alex was exceptional in his professional and friendly manner! Thank you Alex! I am so happy with my new Lexus!
