My overall experience was excellent. I offered to wait for the problem to be diagnosed, but a little while later Kristopher said it would be a bit longer, they provided a loaner vehicle so I could be on my way. That was an appreciate practical solution. I was kept apprised of progress and when the car was ready, it took almost no time to complete the exit procedures.

Kristopher did a fine job. He advised me he had no fix for the problem I was having wy cruise control and that he had referred the problem to Lexus for review and resolution. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t heard anything regarding possible repair

I was disappointed that the car was not washed. But the car is working fine now. Henricks Lexus in Charlotte has good snacks and fine coffee for customers.
