I pride myself on providing guests with the best possible experience, and I pay close attention to detail. I attended Cumberland County High School in Tennessee where I spent most of my years. On two occasions that I have had to interact with Matthew for service related issues about the vehicle that we recently purchased from Al Serra Lexus I have found him to be very cordial and helpful. The second time he was able to give us a loaner vehicle to diagnose a braking related issue. I have already raised the brake related issue with the sales manager at the dealership.
