Nick Parks here, a Client Advisor with the Serra Auto Campus team. I grew up in Nashville, Michigan, and studied at Maple Valley High School and Michigan State University. My favorite pastime activities are golfing, watch collecting, stock trading, traveling, and spending time with my dog, Zora. Some of my skills include positive energy, excellent communication, and transparency. I’m Lexus certified and bring four years of automotive experience to the dealership, having joined the team in May 2018. Putting clients in the car of their dreams is my top priority, and it’s what I’m known for amongst colleagues and customers. Nick got back to me immediately on my Internet inquiry. He provided all the information about the car so I could make a decision on it. The whole process went smoothly. My only suggestion for an exceptional experience would be that a reminder to customers to have the Lexus app on their phones prior to when they come to pick up their vehicle whenever it’s possible.

Great experience. Did total deal, including a trade vehicle, by phone and on line. Only trip to dealer was to finalize paperwork and pick up new vehicle. Everything went smoothly.
